Day 1?


Just between you and me, this picture has nothing to do with my blog entry...I just think it's funny :)
Well...here's the latest: My whole 21 day challenge has been more of a challenge than I thought...

The last 3 days have been my day #1. I wake up every morning with the best of intentions, and fail miserably by the end of the day.


What is wrong with me??

I know what you mean even doing good one day is hard for me! Me and all the girls at work are doing this 11 day thing together. We got this diet where they tell you what to eat for each meal(4 meals a day) and then after 11 days you take 3 days off. I am hopeing that i can do it we start on Monday. Here is hopeing!

Hey, I don't know if you have internet at home, but seriously as soon as we got internet I started eating less in the evening. Before when the boys would go to bed I would veg out in front of the T.V. and mindlessly snack away. Now (when Matt's not using the computer for school) I surf the internet and blog and it keeps my mind of food. Just a thought:)

Also, go grocery shopping and buy great things to eat that are good choices. Even though that gets more pricey, after you eat a whole carton of strawberries you feel SO much better than after eating a carton of ice cream! That works for me.

I hear ya! I'm usually good until around dinner time & after. That's when I blow it! Now that it's warmer I think I may start taking walks after dinner with the fam....maybe that will help.
